General Terms
- You agree that email is a suitable form of communication regarding your orders, and that you have access to an email account.
- You agree to ensure that all personal and financial details that you provide to WFC are correct, and you undertake responsibility to ensure that you keep your personal and financial records, as stored by www.wfc.si, up to date.
- During the creation of your account you will have to create a username and password. It is your responsibility to ensure that you keep these details safe and secure, and we strongly advise you not to pass these details on to any third party. You must use only these log in details when using our website. You must not sell or transfer your username and/or password to any third party, not permit anyone except for yourself to use your username or password.
- Your personal and financial details will be held on record by wfc.si but will not be passed on to any outside party under any circumstances.
- If there are any changes to your financial or personal details, then it is your responsibility to make the changes yourself via 'my account' or to inform us of any changes.
- You are able to cancel your order at any time prior to it being processed. You can do this in the 'my account' section by looking up your pending orders.
- All prices include EU taxes. If ordering from outside of the European Union, you may be liable for local taxes and duties upon delivery of your order.
- This website should only be used for ordering purposes by persons over the age of eighteen.
Order processing
- wfc.si endeavour to dispatch your order within 48 hours (more usually 24 hours) from the date that you place the order (working days only).
- You can check the status of your order at any time via the 'my account' section of the website.
Pre-orders
- You are able to place orders for items before their official release date, or before we have taken delivery for them.
- We cannot guarantee the specified dates of release as delays are often outside of our control. All specified dates should be considered as approximate.
- You may cancel any pre-orders you have placed within the 'my account' section of the website.
- In the case that the price of the goods ordered changes between the time of your pre-order being placed and the actual date of us receiving the goods into stock, then we will take one of three possible actions: 1) If the new price of the goods is lower than the price that you pre-ordered the goods at, then we will automatically charge you the new lower price and update your order accordingly. 2) In the case that the new price of the goods is higher than the price that you pre-ordered the goods at, we will either charge you at the same price as the price you originally pre-ordered the product at, or 3) in rare cases where the difference is considerable, we reserve the right to cancel the pre-order. You would be notified by email if a pre-order must be cancelled due to considerable price differences. We will not automatically charge you a higher price for goods under any circumstances.
- In the case that Pre-ordered goods are cancelled or discontinued by the manufacturer, then the Pre-order will be cancelled. You will be notified by email if a Pre-order must be cancelled.
- When placing a Pre-order and/or Back Order for multiple products, each item ordered will appear in your 'my account' section as a separate order, and each will be considered as a separate order by WFC. Each item will be debited and shipped immediately when it comes back into stock. In the instance where multiple (or all) items ordered come back into stock at the same time, we will automatically combine these orders together into one larger order, thus saving you money on shipping costs. The combined orders will then appear as a single order within your 'my account' section of the website.
Delivery
- WFC is unable to guarantee the delivery time of any goods ordered, but endeavour to always dispatch your order within 48 hours (more usually 24 hours) from the date that you place the order (working days only).
- WFC is unable to guarantee the delivery time of any goods ordered once dispatched if dispatched by standard post or recorded delivery. WFC is only able to guarantee the delivery date of goods once dispatched if shipped via Special Delivery.
- You can check the dispatch date of your order at any time by visiting the 'my account' section of the website.
- If you specify a delivery method other than standard mail, then the tracking/reference number of the parcel will be displayed within the 'my account' section of the website.
- WFC reserves the right to automatically upgrade your selected method of shipping, without additional cost to you, at our discretion.
- All shipping charges are based upon the weight of the goods ordered and are intended to be as fair as possible, and in some cases shipping is actually subsidised.
- It is your responsibility to select a method of shipping that is correct for your location.
- You will only be charged the amount of shipping shown at the time of placing the order, provided you have chosen a correct method for your location. If the actual cost of shipping your order is more expensive due to a product weight fluctuation, or due to postal/courier price fluctuations, then WFC will always cover any additional expenses. You are only ever charged the amount that is specified at the time of placing the order, provided you select a correct method of delivery for your location.
- In the case that you select an incorrect delivery method, we reserve the right to either cancel the order or to automatically update the selected method of shipping and charge you at the corrected rate, provided that the increase in the price of the correct shipping method is not more than 50% more than the incorrectly chosen method.
Cancellation Right Under the Distance Selling Regulations
EU consumers have the legal right to cancel their order within seven working days of receipt of the goods for a full refund. You must take reasonable care of the goods whil is in your possession and they must be returned to us promptly at your cost. You must inform us of the cancellation of the contract.
Refunds
- There is no handling charge on items/orders that are delivered damaged or faulty, or a refund requested with 7 days of delivery. Refunds can be given up to 14 days after delivery however they will incur a 2% handling charge.
- The shipping cost of your product is not refundable, unless it is as a result of our error or the item is delivered damaged or faulty.
- The return cost of returning your item to us is not refundable, unless it is as a result of our error.
- You may return any item (in resalable condition and 'as received') within seven days of receiving it for a full refund, minus the 2% handling charge and the shipping charge.
- Refunds cannot be made under any circumstances until the goods have been returned to us and the return has been processed and approved.
- Refunds will only be given for damaged goods where no identical replacement product can be supplied.
- Refunds will be made within seven days of the processing and approval of your return.
- Requests for a refund must be made within seven days of receiving your product.
- Refunds will only be made after seven days if the item is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.
- Refunds cannot be made under any circumstances until the goods have been returned to us and the return has been processed and approved.
- Refunds will be made within seven days of the processing and approval of your return. In the case of credit card payments it may take up to five additional working days before the refund appears on your account.
Exchanges
- You must apply for an exchange within fourteen days of receiving your order, and all returned goods must be in an unused and resalable condition (complete with all original packaging).
- Any goods received that were supplied incorrectly by us (i.e. are not the goods that you ordered), will be exchanged and redelivered to you free of charge once you have returned the incorrect goods to us. We will also refund the return cost of the item provided that it is returned via the method that we specify.
- We are happy to exchange any goods which are supplied correctly but do not meet with your requirements (e.g. you have ordered the wrong size). In cases such as this, where we have correctly supplied you what you have ordered, you will be charged for shipping to send the new replacement item to you.
Miscellaneous
- WFC accepts no responsibility for any omissions or errors, and we reserve the right to change any or all information that relates to listing products or services.
- WFC will endeavour to update outdated or incorrect information relating to any products or services as quickly as possible.
- The goods sold on this website are intended for private and domestic consumer use only. WFC accepts no responsibility for any direct or indirect loss of data, income or damage to property resulting in the use of this website or any products purchased from it.
- WFC to the fullest extent of the law, is providing this website and all of its contents on a purely 'as is' basis.
- WFC cannot be held accountable for delays caused to the delivery of your order due to factors outside of our control, such as (but not limited to) war, famine, flood, strikes, riots, fire and other similar events.
- WFC reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time they so wish. All purchases made will come under the Terms and Conditions that were applicable at the time the order is placed. It is your responsibility to check the Terms and Conditions prior to the placement of each order to ensure that you agree to any amendments that have been made prior to you placing your order.
- The Terms and Conditions supersede any previous Terms and Conditions.
