Uros Velicevic Gets New Opponent For WFC 17

K-1 sensation Uros Velicevic will now face Alija Tucak at WFC 17: 'Olimp Live & Fight' after the pull out of previous opponent Patryk Kowoll.

Hailing from Bosnia, late replacement Tucak is ambitious, and at just 21-years-old is looking to grasp the opportunity of a lifetime on October 21st.

In contrast to the positivity behind the new fight that's emerged, World Freefight Challenge president Zlatko Mahic is far from happy with the withdrawing Kowoll. He said,

"This is the second time Patryk has ducked out for us now. He is a 'wannabe' fighter that pulls out when the time comes."

Despite this happenstance, Slovenia's Velicevic will still get a chance to showcase his skills at the Hala Tivoli on what is set to be an unmissable night of mixed martial arts and K-1 action.
