Puggioni - another case of successful second chances?
Luca Puggioni debuted in WFC at Challengers 4 as a rather inexperienced fighter with only five professional fights to date. He fought 7 times (including WFC) and has grown as a fighter in many areas since then.
''I think, no, let me rephrase that, I know that I'm a much better fighter than I was in the spring of 2013. I punch and kick with more power and I've raised wrestling and boxing skills extremely.''
Puggioni's age, he's only 22, is definitely his advantage as he still has a lot of time to develop his skills and conditioning. WFC is known in Europe for being a stepping stone to the world's biggest stages. Young fighters such as Luca have a great chance to present themselves in the best possible way.
Young Italian is training hard for his big shot opportunity that awaits him at WFC 19 PRETORIAN on December 20th in Ljubljana. ''I train six times a week. Striking, grappling and cross-fit are on my daily routine. I don't even have the time to think about my opponent.''
''I'm a striker, so I will be looking for the KO!'', Puggioni confidently sent a message to his opponent. Will this be another beautiful story of second chances? We'll see on December 20th when fighting extravaganza returns to Ljubljana.
