Ognjen Topalovic Hunting For Glory After WFC 17 Win
With a spectacular array of power punches and dominating aura, Ognjen Topalovic powered his way to victory at WFC 17: 'Olimp Live & Fight' last Sunday. Before the bout, his opponent, the returning Denis Maksut, had been vocal about his aims to get to the top and knock out the Croatian in style. However, this was not to be the case, as Topalovic's youthful spirit and better conditioning led him to victory.
"The plan is always to win," noted Ognjen in hindsight of the scrap. "I'm satisfied, even though I wanted to win by KO."
Looking to times ahead, the 21-year-old has his eyes set on a WFC belt, and is planning to continue the work that has already begun reaping rewards for him.
"I train hard every day," asserted Topalovic. "I now want a good opponent, and then, the title."
