Naurdiev: Fresh name on the horizon
Ismail Naurdiev (Austria) might be one of the surprises of the evening on August 27 when WFC return. At only 19 he’s been extremely productive for the last four years. With 10 wins from his 11 professional fights this youngster is one of the hottest names in Europe currently.
Ranked no.19 among European Western welterweights per Tapology he will be on a hunt for his first WFC victory. Riding on a perfect 5-0 run since 2014 he’s not letting anything come between him and his dreams. Determined that he’ll make his name in the MMA he packed his bags and moved to Sweden this summer to maximize his potential. He’s training relentlessly in the world famous AllStars Training Center in Stockholm, home of one of the world’s top light heavyweight fighters Alexander Gustafsson.
