Mury - Gentleman of the ring
Mourad Derbal is an well renowned K-1 fighter from Slovenia. But everyone knows him by his nickname, Mury. And Mury returned last year to the world of professional fighting and shooked the fighting scene in the region. Veteran with 28 professional fights in his career debuted at WFC 18 and kept the fight under control throughout every round and won fair and square with an unanimous decision from the judges.
During the summer he faced against younger challenger from Slovenia, Aleksander Stankov. In this first chapter Mury once again prevailed and defeated Stankov. He won all three rounds and stated that he just might be the No.1 kick-boxing specialist in Slovenia.
Now it's time for the ultimate test and the moment of truth that we've all have been waiting for. On October 18 we will witness the battle between two of the best fighters in the region for the middleweight throne! Be there and become a part of history.
