WFC 18 is set for next month and Bor Bratovz will be looking for another victory that will put him in the No. 1 contender spot for the WFC Middleweight Title.
There will be no resting after WFC 18 as Bratovz is set to fight in Australia for the first time! Bor will be fighting in an 8 man tournament at AFC - Australian Fighting Championships. Australian Fighting Championship is Australia's leading Mixed Martial Arts brand and has been formed to unite the Australian Mixed Martial Arts industry and bring mainstream awareness to the sport. By showcasing the best Australian talent alongside international wildcards, the AFC delivers the highest quality Mixed Martial Arts events in the country.
AFC has some elite fighters on their roster – Soa "The Hulk" Palelei who just recently signed with UFC, Hector Lombard who has an impressive score of 32-4-1 and former UFC fighter Sean McCorkle who in 2010 submitted Mark Hunt, one of the top heavyweights in the world.
A top notch roster which will be complemented with addition of Bor "Playbor" Bratovz (6-3-0) one of top pound-for-pound fighters in the WFC. His first round opponent, Rick Alchin, comes from the Land Down Under and has a professional record of 5 wins and 4 losses.
