The Križanke Summer Theatre
The Križanke Summer Theatre is a theatre used in Ljubljana's summer festivals set up inside the courtyard of the former Monastery of the Holy Cross.The architectural complex of Križanke is a popular open-air venue for performing arts in Ljubljana. Major events are held on the Open-air Stage, while other venues include the Baroque-style Križanke Church, the Knight's Hall and the "Courtyard of Hell" The amphitheatre-like southern courtyard with its vast retractable canopy has since proved to be a superb venue for classical, jazz, and rock concerts.
